1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about service using scripts.
2. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
3. Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
7. Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
2. Successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
4. Ability to learn about and describe/explain them to prospects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Cool-tempered and able to difficult situations
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
9. Diploma; MBA / BBA will be a plus
Salary: 12K to 17K + Incentives
