We are urgently looking for the position of Process Associate for our International Outbound Voice Process

We are hiring Fresher / Experienced Candidates with excellent communication skills in English.

Position: Process Associate

Domain: Outbound Voice Process - Sales Function.

Responsibilities:

*Generating potential Leads over the phone.
*Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
*Analyzing to the customers' needs.
*Gathering and documenting customer information as per the IQA.
*Answering customers' questions on the products.

Qualification : Any Undergraduate/ Graduate

Experience: Minimum 0- 2 year in International Telecom.

Age must be in between 19+ to 45 years.

Schooling must be from ICSE OR CBSE.

Excellent English communication skills will be preferred.

Must have valid Aadhar + PAN Card.

Willing to join within one day(s) of notice
