  •    The biggest contributor to interview stress and anxiety is the fear that you are going to be visibly nervous and that you might embarrass yourself. A tool for managing this is to be honest about your nerves and anxiety on an interview and recognize that you are not alone.
  •    Our body language not only indicates how we are feeling but it can create self thoughts and beliefs. Folding our arms when nervous reinforces feelings of anxiety. Consciously sitting upright and relaxing our arms creates confidence. Reach shows faking confidence through body language results in actually feeling less nervous.
  •    We all are familiar about stress that we experience before an interview. But, have you ever heard of stress interview? Stress interview is a method used by many organizations to observe the behaviour of candidates under stressful situations. It is a tactic used by organizations to judge the candidate, whether he or she can remain calm under pressure or take wrong steps due to stress.

  •    Compare your interview into another successful interview in the past that you have done ,that will success you. Remind yourself that you will do your best and this is not first or the last of this kind.

  • Listen to music:
  •    Play and hear your music which gives you pleasure.If music does not do the job try a motivation speaking video or read an article related to the subject which give you confidence.

  • Stretch and breathe:
  •    Stretch and perform slow, deep breathing techniques. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Concentrate on breathing - do this atleast four or eight times per stretch.

  • Reduce the uncertainties:
  •    Ask questions and details when you schedule an interview. Research and learn all you can about the company, the employer and the interviewer to feel more prepared and confident.

  • Try splatter:
  •    Get some paint with a small amount of water in 2 or 3 different plastic cup so that it drips off your brush easily. Then, dip the paintbrush in the paint cups, make sure all the bristles are saturated and start splattering away. Like this do some fun activities and make yourself calm and energetic.
